Through the end of March, enjoy an eight-course tapas tasting menu at Solera (900 Hennepin Av., Mpls., www.solera-restaurant.com, 612-338-0062) for $30. Smoked black cod with braised artichoke, peppers and mint, anyone? A mojito to wash it down will be extra, but totally worth it.
