In our assortment, we found some sweet leg-muscle toning, much-needed rejuvenation with the twisting tree pose, and plenty of individual adjustments. Tasty and calorie-free! For those who are more familiar with yoga postures, we like the "Intermediate Vinyasa" class, which offers a vigorous, flowing practice with even more personal attention.

The brand is the brainchild of co-owner/instructor Brandyn Herbold, who, after roping her husband (co-owner Mario Negri) into the design aspect, had the cotton headbands manufactured locally.
