Well, thank the chocolate gods, because chocolatier Mary Leonard, opened her shop, Chocolat Céleste, in Minnesota eight years ago. (Named after a dog, which never sampled the chocolates.)

It's where you'll find her combination of melted chocolate, Hope Butter, sugar, and magic filling rolled into golf-size balls.

Try the signature truffle, the Celestial Sweetie, with a combination of bittersweet chocolate and a hint of hazelnut liqueur Frangelico. Other favorites: amaretto, lemon meringue and hot chile pepper.
