What's the Big Deal?

You savvy shopper, you.

Scouring the sample-sale circuit, surfing eBay, day-tripping at the outlet mall, bragging about how you haven't paid retail since '02.

Don't be too shocked when your friends start to one-up you in the designer-discount department. The Len Druskin outlet--Len--is open in City Center, which means deals aren't nearly as hard to find.

Across from Brooks Brothers in City Center (and through the skyway from the new LD Len Druskin next to Neiman Marcus), the place is filled with men's and women's overstock and unique-to-the-store stock from plenty of trendy labels (we've mostly never heard of), basic tanks and tees, winter hats and scarves and some select pieces such as leather coat from Karen Kane and leopard flats from Joan and David. Right now, the entire store is at least 50 percent off. Everything is meticulously displayed by color and organized by garment type. The only frustrating part will be the limited sizes in certain items.

Well, that and the fact that you may finally have to stop hogging the bargain-hunting glory.

Len, City Center, Minneapolis. (Original outlet location at Southdale.)
