Men get away with a lot.

Mainly, spitting in public and growing a mustache. Things ladies try not to do.

Only now you might want to wear a mustache. Minneapolitan Jessy Simonson of Fairytale Frosting makes a wonderfully delicious sugar cookie 'stache-on-a-stick for those who want to flex their masculine side and enliven a boring family dinner or client meeting. (She also does smiley lips, if you want to stay girly.) Her pop art cookies will (appropriately) be featured as the first food vendor at the Walker Art Center's Local Art Mart this week.

You can pull yours out when you see someone you don't want to see you or entertain your friends while you talk in a weird, poncy accent.

And it sure beats getting one tattooed on your finger.

Fairytale Frosting cookies, $1 to $6, by special order or at the Walker Art Center's Local Art Mart featuring items under $30 on Thursday, 2 to 7 p.m, Cargill Lounge.
