In your world, half a Hershey's bar constitutes a square meal.

Leave it to the people behind Funky Chunky Popcorn to up the ante with a new line of gourmet candy bars.

They don't do just ordinary bars. Our favorite (so far) is the graham cracker bar. It's the perfect off-season s'mores-like treat, rich dark chocolate with marshmallows and caramel covered with a sheet of graham crackers and drizzled in dark, milk and white chocolates. Chewy, crunchy and chocolaty.

You might also try the peanut crunch bar or the pecan and Oreo-filled chocolate bar.

The Edina-based company was started by Ronni Feuer about 15 years ago. The popcorn has been the star, thus far, and they also do weddings and special events too. Funky Chunky recently introduced the bars to offer a less-expensive, yet completely indulgent treat.

Break you off a piece of that.

Funky Chunky candy bars, $5 each, available at the showroom (along with free samples, 9 to 4 p.m., weekdays), 7452 W. 78th St., Edina, 888-473-8659 as well as Byerly's, Kowalski's and Bibelot locations.
